October - February

           Weekly Rental: $1,200.00

       Daily Rental:     $250.00 per night - three night minimum               

March - September

       Weekly Rental:  $1,400.00 

       Daily Rental:     $300.00 per night - three night minimum

Notes:

12.5% hotel tax to the above mentioned rates

$100.00 cleaning fee

$250.00 refundable damage deposit except Spring Break weeks
